 Bright blonde yellow.

 An expressive bouquet of aromas, where on an oaky background we hind aromas of acacia, lemongrass, orange, honeycomb, peach, fresh bread and sweet spices.

 Soft and full at first. Well structured, with acidity in line with its fatness and richness. Complexity and intensity culminating in the persistent citrusy finish.

Shellfish and fish in white sauce, cod croquettes, smoked fish, seafood or mushroom risoto, pork cooced with fruit or exotic spices. Mild gruyere cheese.

5 to 6 years from harvest.

Fermentation and maturation in french oak barrels for 6 months with the fine lees.
