The first sparkling wine from the versatile terroir of Drama opens a new chapter for the region. The vineyard ” Dawn’s Birth” is located in the mountainous Kataphyto at an altitude of 830 meters where it is “bathed” by the first rays of the sun! The freshness and complexity of this unique terroir is now also expressed through the elegant Costa Lazaridi Blanc de Blanc Brut of the Vidiano variety.

Light yellow with green hues
Aromas of brioche and bun, characteristics of the maturation for 24-months in the bottle with the yeasts. Attractive, fresh aromas reminiscent of lemon, citrus, green apple and pear.
The finesse of Vidianο meets the intensity and minerality of Katafyto. The result is a sparkling wine with a cool and elegant mouthfeel and a long fruity finish.
Ideal as a starter accompanied by shellfish such as oysters, scallops, quinces and shiners. It can be combined with seafood dishes such as prawns, monkfish and lobsters, cooked in the oven, boiled or even steamed. An excellent combination with sweet, creamy cheeses such as manouri, camembert, brie, as well as parmesan.

Traditional method of vinification of sparkling wine, with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle where the wine remains in contact with its yeasts for at least 24 months.
