Bright light-yellow, with blond-green hues.
Attractive and complex aromatic presence which is shaped both by the grape and the barrel. Exotic fruit, casis leaves, butter, vanilla and an aura of sweet spices.
The measured acidity balances the alcohol and the body of the wine forming a harmonious result. Long and persistent finish dominated by exotic fruit and wood.
Its strong personality allows pairing with a large variety of dishes. Among them shellfish, seafood in white sauces, grilled rich fish, pies and tarts, pork and chicken grilled or in lemon sauce. Semihard, mature or smoked cheeses.
It will continue to evolve for at least 10 years after the harvest year.
Ferments in oak barrels where it remains with the fine lees for about six months with regular battonage increasing its complexity.
