Light salmon with pink hues.
Lively nose reminiscent primarily of red fruit like strawberry and cherry, with a hint of lemon verbena and an almost imperceptible presence of spices.
Elegant, aristocratic and refined, with an intense fruity character where fresh red fruits dominate. Aftertaste with balanced acidity.
Although its delicate personality urges us to enjoy it on its own, it can be paired beautifully with fine cold cuts, fish in light red sauce, grilled red mullet fillets, tuna carpaccio, even stuffed vegetables.
It will remain pleasant for the next 2-3 years.
Short skin contact. Fermentation and maturation with the lees for 3 months in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks.
